No. Parent coaching can be therapeutic but it is not therapy and I am not a licensed therapist.
My role is to offer a safe space for exploration and reflection. Together we can bring awareness to your parenting blind spots and identify your triggers. We'll tailor strategies that fit your family's unique circumstances and values.Should therapy be recommended during our conversations, I'll encourage you to seek assistance from a qualified mental health provider.
